CEI authored, devised, staffed, and managed a five-year program to assemble over 131 school construction sites for LAUSD. CEI also arranged funding and developed four individual school campuses as part of the program: Maurice Sendak Elementary, Rosa Parks Learning Center, Sara Coughlin Elementary, and Panorama City Elementary School.
